Terms of Service

By using MimicAI, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

"We," "us," and "our" refer to MimicAI. "You" and "your" refer to you, the user.

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy, form your agreement with us.

MimicAI is an AI photo editor. You upload a photo, pick a template (or write a prompt), and our AI generates a new image.

MimicAI is an independent product. Image generation uses third-party AI models through our own interface. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by those model creators. Edits are identity-preserving; this is not a face-swap or deepfake tool.

The service may change as we add features, fix bugs, or improve things. We may also have downtime — we'll keep it as short as we can, but we can't promise 100% uptime.

You must be at least 13 years old to use MimicAI.

If you're between 13 and 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission. Some countries require 16+ or parental consent.

You must have the legal capacity to enter this agreement. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization.

• One account per person
• Use accurate information when signing up
• Keep your account secure — you're responsible for activity under it
• Don't share your account

If we suspect your account is compromised, we may suspend it to protect you.

Trial

MimicAI may offer a trial at the price shown at checkout. A trial gives you full access for that period.

Auto-renewal

Trials and subscriptions are billed through Creem. They may auto-renew at the then-current price unless you cancel before the period ends. Current pricing is shown before you pay.

If you cancel during a trial

You keep access until the trial ends. You should not be charged the next period if you cancel in time.

If you cancel an active subscription

You keep access until the end of the current billing period. After that, paid access ends. We do not automatically delete your images when a subscription ends — you can delete generations in Gallery, or ask us to delete your account.

How to cancel

Open Settings → Manage billing (Creem customer portal), or email support@mimicai.app.

Refunds

We generally do not refund unused portions of a billing period. If you were charged in error, contact support@mimicai.app. Mandatory consumer rights in your country still apply.

Price changes

We may change prices. We'll notify you before a change takes effect. If you don't agree, cancel before it applies.

Paid access is billed monthly. Credits reset each billing period and do not carry over.

• Starter ($9.90/month): 600 generation credits
• Plus ($19.90/month): 1400 generation credits
• Pro ($29.90/month): 2400 generation credits
• Unused credits expire when the next grant replaces them
• Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value
• We may adjust allocations with notice

MimicAI is for fun and creativity. You must not:

• Generate NSFW, explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive content
• Upload or generate illegal content
• Create non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual deepfakes of real people
• Generate child sexual abuse material — we will report it
• Upload images of real people without their consent
• Use AI output to deceive or defraud people in harmful ways
• Circumvent credits, usage limits, or rate limits
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or automate the service without permission
• Use the service for harassment, stalking, or intimidation
• Impersonate others in a way that causes harm
• Violate applicable law

If you break these rules, we may suspend or terminate your account without notice or refund.

Your uploads

You own what you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your images solely to provide the service (generation, storage, display). We don't use your uploads for anything else.

AI outputs

You may use generated images for personal or commercial purposes. You're responsible for how you use them.

No guarantees on AI output

AI output may be inaccurate, unexpected, or imperfect. We don't guarantee quality, accuracy, or suitability. You use outputs at your own risk.

Content removal

We may remove content that violates these terms without notice.

Our brand

"MimicAI" and our logo are our trademarks. Don't use them without written permission.

You can delete individual generations in Gallery. To delete your account, email support@mimicai.app. Deletion is irreversible. We will:

• Delete your account
• Delete uploaded and generated images we store for you
• Cancel an active subscription where we can (no refund for the remaining period)
• Keep payment records as required for tax and legal compliance

MimicAI is provided "as is" and "as available."

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that AI outputs will be accurate, or that your content will be preserved beyond what we describe.

Generation depends on third-party providers. If they have downtime, the service may be unavailable.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim

Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

You are responsible for how you use the service and the content you create. If your misuse causes a legal claim, fine, or loss, you agree to cover reasonable costs we incur as a result.

Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence always apply. Before taking legal action, email support@mimicai.app so we can try to resolve things informally.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the product or by email where we have it. Continued use after changes means you accept the update. If you disagree, stop using the service and request deletion.
