Last updated: September 4, 2026
1. Purpose
MimicAI is an AI photo editor for fun, creative retouching and playful edits. This Acceptable Use Policy explains what you may and may not do with the service. It supplements our Terms of Service.
By using the service, you agree to follow this policy.
2. Prohibited content
You must not upload, request, or generate content that includes or promotes:
- NSFW, explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive material
- Non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual deepfakes of real people
- Child sexual abuse material — we will report it to authorities
- Illegal activity or content that violates applicable law
- Content intended to harass, stalk, intimidate, or harm others
- Fraudulent, deceptive, or impersonation content that causes harm
- Face-swap or deepfake tools used to mislead about someone's identity
3. Prohibited uses
- Uploading images of real people without their consent
- Circumventing credits, usage limits, rate limits, or content controls
- Reverse engineering, scraping, or automating the service without permission
- Using the service to create spam, malware, or phishing material
- Reselling or sublicensing access without our written permission
4. Content screening
Before any image is generated, user prompts are screened through Creem's Moderation API. Prompts that violate this policy are blocked. If screening is temporarily unavailable, generation is paused until it can run again.
Screening does not replace your responsibility to use the service lawfully and respectfully.
5. Enforcement
We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with or without notice or refund. We may cooperate with law enforcement where required.
